Vendors typically respond within 24 hours. You can message multiple vendors at once.
Confirm the details
Chat with the vendor to finalise your package, date, and any special requirements. Once you're both happy, confirm your booking.

Agree on the final details and confirm your booking through Aluvia. You'll receive a written confirmation with your vendor's package, date and price. Arrange payment directly with your vendor via PayNow or bank transfer.

Vendor confirms your booking
The vendor reviews and confirms your booking within 48 hours. Once confirmed, your date is locked in their calendar and you both receive email confirmation.
If the vendor is unavailable, you will be notified promptly so you can find an alternative.

Show up and enjoy. Your vendor has everything they need. After the wedding, you'll be prompted to leave a review to help other Singapore couples.

Aluvia is completely free for couples — forever. Vendors pay a small fee per enquiry received through the platform, which is how we keep everything running.
