Spotted a vendor that feels right? Send them a message directly through Aluvia. Share your wedding date, guest count, and what you're looking for. It's free and takes 60 seconds.
Vendors typically respond within 24 hours. You can message multiple vendors at once.
Confirm the details
Chat with the vendor to finalise your package, date, and any special requirements. Once you're both happy, proceed to payment.
All conversations are saved in your Aluvia dashboard for easy reference.
Pay securely via Stripe
Payment is processed by Stripe — the same technology used by Amazon and Airbnb. Your card details are never stored by Aluvia. You'll receive a booking confirmation and PDF contract immediately.
Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security.
Vendor confirms your booking
The vendor reviews and confirms your booking within 48 hours. Once confirmed, your date is locked in their calendar and you both receive email confirmation.
If the vendor declines (rare), you receive a full automatic refund.
Your wedding day
Show up and enjoy. Your vendor has everything they need. After the wedding, you'll be prompted to leave a review to help other Singapore couples.
Reviews help the community and reward great vendors with more visibility.

Common questions
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are shown on their profile before you book. If the vendor declines or cannot fulfil the booking, you receive a full refund automatically.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is used by millions of businesses worldwide and certified to the highest security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). Aluvia never stores your card details.
What does Aluvia charge?
Aluvia is completely free for couples. We charge vendors a small commission on confirmed bookings, which is how we keep the platform running.
When does the vendor receive payment?
Payment is held securely until the booking is confirmed, then released to the vendor. This protects both parties.
What if something goes wrong on my wedding day?
Contact us at hello@aluvia.sg. We'll help mediate between you and the vendor. All booking details and conversations are stored in Aluvia so there's always a clear record.
